Firstly,
check the room availability by calling our hotline 0114 2513313,
for the date you have in mind. At Club Baize we have two superb
function suites that can cater for 25 to 200 people.
Outside of office hours, leave a message on
the hotline answering machine and one of our staff will return
your call at the first possible opportunity.
The next step, after selecting your room and
date, is to confirm your booking. This is done by a payment of
50% of the room hire fee as a deposit, with the balance due within
4 weeks.
You can discuss your arrival and function times,
and also your catering requirments. lub Baize offers a large
selection of food options from buffet menus starting at £5.00
a head to full 4-course formal dinners - our catering staff will
be pleased to discuss your individual requirements with you.
We want you to know exactly what your event
will cost, so we guarantee that the prices we quote will not
increase for a period of 18 months.
To allow us to plan your event properly, you
will need to provide us with final numbers and details, 21 days
prior to your event and at this time the full payment of any
balance will be due.
On the day itself, our staff will be on hand
to provide support and make sure that everything happens as planned,
to make your day memorable for all the right reasons.
You have to be a member to book, but membership
is free. Either join up online here or
join at the time of booking, either over the phone or when you
call in.
Your guests must also be members too, prior
to the date of the event. You can make them members by downloading
our function membership form here,
or collecting a form from the club. Filling this in with your
guests' information will ensure that we register them all as
members on our system prior to the event. Again, this service
is completely free.
Please note also that the booker of the function
is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their guests
at the function. |
